MONTHI FEST

The Mangalorean Association of Canada (MAC) is invested in its efforts to bring the Mangalorean community together in prayer, spiritual well-being, and worship and is honored to continue the monthly tradition of the Konkani mass.  Please join us with your family and friends for the Konkani mass on September 8, 2024, at Maximilian Kolbe Parish, Mississauga.  This Konkani mass, held on the 2nd Sunday of each month, is a huge platform to create a sense of belonging and kinship; therefore, we request your support in using this opportunity and service for the following:

Mass intentions on Thanksgiving and/or for the deceased in your families

Prayer requests in times of illness and for healing
Happy occasions of milestones for couples celebrating 25th, 40th, 50th or 60+ wedding anniversaries

Happy occasions of individuals celebrating special significance birthdays such as 50, 60, 70+

Please contact Nina Crasta @ 416 737 3764, our Spiritual Coordinator if you would like to offer any of the above intentions or be the sponsor for the Konkani mass.  

The Muddhom is $100/mass and the Muddhom collected helps to defray the costs of organizing the mass and community fellowship in a meaningful and solemn manner.

Please remember that the collection in the church goes to St. Josephine Bakhita Catholic Church for their immense generosity in providing us with the means to host the Konkani mass.

Alternatively, MAC is requesting support for this service from the community’s entrepreneurs who can volunteer to sponsor the snacks provided during the fellowship.  Each sponsor's name and business will be announced and highlighted at the end of the Konkani mass.  

As always, MAC is hugely grateful for all the contributions and work done by the volunteers and sponsors for without them, little would be possible.
